AJs Expenses is a simple expenses logging application developed after receiving a request. It supports Dollars, Pounds (UK), and Euros in the free version. It is simple to use and can be upgraded to include additional currencies with the currency editor and reports which can be sent by email.
The application opens on the record entry page which is quick and simple to use. Select your currency, enter the amount, select your category and payment method. Just confirm it and you are done.
The details recorded include amount, currency, payment method - cash, credit card or debit card and category. Categories are broken into four main groups, they are Travel, Subsistence, Communications and Other.
The report generator can generate reports in one of two formats. Standard format using a single column per currency and two column format. Two Column format uses one column for cash and a second for expenses paid for by card.
